ABOUT ME

In 2017, I launched Freedom Business Services. Now I help organisations and recruiters to retain employees by working with individuals in the first six months in a new role ensuring expectations are understood by both parties and objectives are met. Healthy productivity is the result of having high achievers. Performance in the early stages in a role is key to reducing the risk of credits to recruiters and avoiding expensive recruitment and training costs to organisations. This can be achieved by consultancy, coaching or a combination of both.

I now work with individuals on a one-to-one basis helping them to overcome professional challenges and take control of their own outcomes. Motivating and encouraging them to develop personally and reach potential. My clients want to see results and evidence based outcomes and this is what we work towards.
