ABOUT ME
In 2013, I founded Fusion 13 an architectural practice to combine the architectural, environmental and planning, specialising in residential developments. With our head office in Easingwold and an office in Norwich we are able to undertake projects from Essex up to Yorkshire and beyond.
Architecture is not just about focusing on the aesthetics. I enjoy looking at the bigger picture from clients, contractors and all other parties, point of view. Together with my team, I will consider planning policy, energy strategy, building regulations and health and safety; in addition to costs, timescales and ‘buildability’.
All services offered are bespoke to meet a YOUR specific requirements.
I take a common-sense approach to provide clear and concise information throughout a project from beginning to end.
I enjoy the client liaison aspect of my role with a variety of types of client, whether householders, construction companies, developers, landowners or housing associations and working on a project from the very start to the end. My approach is to support clients throughout the process and make compliance practical for them.
I have a thorough knowledge of construction techniques and commercial awareness which enables me to provide fit for lifestyle buildings.
I have an interest in sustainable design and technologies.
In addition to Fusion 13, at the end of 2020 myself and partner set up Eden SAP Services providing SAP calculations and associated services, including Sustainability Reports and Energy Statements.

Our in-depth knowledge of the residential construction market and over 15 years’ experience producing thousands of SAP calculations allows us to create solutions that work for you and ensures your project gains compliance.
